Sorry for the delay in posting these results. This was due
to a club running an ineligible athlete for the second 
consecutive year. Practice does not become custom.
 
A big thanks Spectrum Striders for providing us with a safe
and interesting course. I hope that we come back again.
 
The only team to not include a vet within its ranks was the
winning team. 
107 athletes took part in the Liverpool & District relay, 52 
of them vets!
Three teams more than last year finished.
Only St Helens Striders, who competed last year, did not 
finish a team this year.
Bronze medal winners at this years cross country 
championships South Liverpool also failed to finish a team!
Host club Spectrum Striders finished 3 full teams.
