Ray & Trisha will be holding their first circuit training session of the year this Sunday (23rd September) from 10.00 – 12.00 noon.The session is open to athletes from all disciplines, but they must be 14 years of age.Further sessions will take place on:- Sunday October 21st Sunday November 18th Sunday December 16t
