LPS 3rd at Wavertree In what always looked a tough fixture on paper LPS failed to qualify for the final of the Northern knock-out cup after putting up a good performance at Wavertree. Trafford just edged out Liverpool Harriers by 116 to 115 with LPS 3rd with 94 points. Another fine win for Nathan in the 10,000 he seems to being winning everything at present. A pb for Michael Ziam in the 200 and second places for Mark Lyon in the high jump and Dave Street in the triple jump. 24th June 2001 |
