Clare Constable was busy flying the club flag at the European indoor master championships in Madrid this week were she won a bronze medal.
Despite having problems training for the past 6 weeks due to hamstring injury, Clare dug deep and produced a special performance of 2.23.55 which was enough to get her on the podium in V45 age category.
Lets hope she can shake off the injury for the coming track season well done Clare.
