Helen Sahgal overcame the elements to win the Oulton Park 10 on Sunday. The windy conditions and hilly course did not make for a fast time but her time of 39.08 was 5th overall and over 3 min. ahead of the second lady in the race.
Hopefully, Helen can now look forward with confidence to her World Championship qualifying duathlon which takes place this Sunday.
