Liverpool Pembroke Sefton`s Lisa Gawthorne and Mark Wynne had a good day out at the Natterjack Seaside 10k in sunny Southport. Lisa continued her fine form recording 40.29 to collect the second female prize. Mark has been a revelation this last year transforming himself into a highly respected distance runner. His 35.52 timing carried him to 10th overall. He and Lisa will be looking forward to a successful winter season.
