Ruth Doran improved her shot PB to 11.50m at an indoor meet in Gateshead last month. As well as moving her up to 3rd on the LPS all-time lists, it places her in the top 20 juniors in the UK for 2012. University life clearly agrees with her ! This is the payback for the time she has put in with coach, Rose Hutchinson. I’m confident there is much more to come from her.
